Bogotá: During a ceremony at the Colombian Institute of Hydrology, Meteorology and Environmental Studies (IDEAM) in Bogotá a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed to start a cooperation program between the IDEAM and the Meteorological Department Curaçao (MDC). The general director of IDEAM in the name of Colombia expressed his gratitude to the MDC and the Minister of Traffic, Transport and Urban Planning (of Curaçao) for signing this accord to develop together a bilateral cooperation where both National Meteorological Services and the communities will benefit.
